Super easy to use. A "special requests" box would be great though - I like my fries extra crispy. But overall a very good app.

All in all its a great app easy to use but for some reason it keep crashing and closing down within 60 seconds on the app. This happened on iPhone 5s and now my iPhone 6. Can you please fix this issue!!

Food is always hot and delicious and delivery drivers friendly however App keeps crashing on my iphone6.

The app is very well thought out and easy to use. However, it crashed six times before I was able to place my order. Each time I had to start over. Very disappointing!

It would be a great app if it doesnt always crash. I can only get an order in if its a small order.

I used the App today, but it crashed a number of times. I just started over every time. I just hope I dont get several orders delivered.

Great App! Very easy to use. I wish there was a spot to insert our Scene Card number though.

The app stopped showing me the menu options after I was browsing for a few minutes. I had to shut down the app and order quickly. Annoying. I would like to take me time and browse all of the options.

Not impressed with this app. It took several times to place my order. The app continued to shutdown.

I cant use this app as it keeps crashing and I have to keep restarting my order over and over. I just gave up and called in.

The app is pretty good. It lets me know if the menu has changed so I dont order something that doesnt exist. I just have one little problem. When swiping through the options, Voiceover acts like I have read everything when I know I havent. Also, sometimes its hard to know if I have made a selection like a side. But Im able to get the job done.

When this app first was released back in 2013, it was really well designed and next to zero crashes. However about 6 months ago when an update was released, it now constantly crashes and the only way for it to process your order is to be super quick. Just today I had actually use their website and even that crashed! Im now forced to use the call centre to place my orders and some people taking the calls are hard to understand or there is a language barrier. Swiss Chalet/Cara Operations, please fix your app or at least your website!

Used to work but hasnt worked for me for months. Crashes or forgets items. It is faster to phone the order in.

Too many click through. No ability to add multiples quantities of a single dish (e.g., 2 orders of ribs) with a single class click. App crashed multiple times while trying to place an order, so had to keep re-entering my order from scratch.
