I love this app. Its easy to use... Almost speaks to you. All the information I need is supplied and if my order is in error, its easy to correct. Keep on improving! Its appreciated!

I was near a Swiss chalet a few days ago and decided to pick some up for dinner. Remembering that if you download the app and order from it, you will get free scene points, I did that but the app would not work. I ended up ordering dinner there, but lost out on the scene points because the app didnt work. Not sure if I can show the receipt to still get the scene points or not. Will probably end up deleting the app.

I had no problems going back and forth between menu items. Easy to edit an order, and a convenient bonus having my Scene card and credit card already stored. Great app!

Easy to use and navigate. Plus I love the guest checkout...sick of having to create accounts everywhere.

Great app easy to use and very user friendly. I kept crashing after a the same amount of time. Almost like it timed out.

Halfway through an order the app closes

Pretty good, wish I could edit individual items in an order instead of removing the whole order.

Used to use this on my iPhone 5, now using a 6. Couldnt complete the order, the app kept shutting down. My phone also got extremely hot during this process. Disappointed.

This app crashes after about 5 minutes every time I use it. If I dont get my whole order submitted by then, I have to start all over. It also loses my order if I make the mistake of switching to another app while ordering. It is so bad that on multiple occasions I have given up and ordered from elsewhere instead.

Ive used this app 3 or 4 times. I find that when I order a family pack and I am choosing the different sides it will sometimes crash back to iPhone home screen. Tonight I had to redo my order 4 times before I was finally able to send it. I almost gave up. Once the order is sent, everything is great. Meal is always waiting as soon as I get to the restaurant.

Loved ordering this way!

It crashed when I used it, while placing an order. Then, for example, it wouldnt allow me to modify order items (eg no sauce on ribs) after selecting the bread (eg, no bun) option. It just jams right through to the order review which doesnt allow you to edit line items.

This app is garbage, the design is good but it crashes as soon as you choose a menu item and place it in you "cart" and then return to the menu for more choices.

Works as advertised

I used this app to order once, and it used up 300+ MB of data ?? Not to mention the 4 or 5 times it crashed before I could order.

The app was easy to use but it crashed 4 times before I was finally able to complete the order.

I was noticing that my data usage was higher than normal. Checked what app had used the most data and found that the Swiss Chalet app had used 230MB!!! The app has no option to use location only while using the app, so it must be constantly using location to use that much data. Uninstalled the app. Will only reinstall it if they offer an option to use location only while using the app.
