Great app. Easy to use.

Gets the job done. Rather slow though and a bit buggy. Tends to crash at times.

If you want customers to return and place orders with ease and convenience... this is NOT the app!!! It is not the kind of quick and streamlined app that I would expect from a company like Cara.

Cannot track your order if you order as a guest. Can only track your order if you have a sign in password.

Had difficulty using the site (for some reason, the internet here is terrible for my laptop, but my iOS stuff thrives on it). Was in and out of the app in about three minutes, found all of what I was looking for, quickly and easily processed my payment, and am looking forward to a delicious meal. Brilliant idea to ask for a review AFTER Ive finished using it; too many apps want a review when Im logging in, and eager to use them. If that had been the case here, you would have gotten (at best) a very grumpy review from someone who was hungry, and being prevented from ordering by an un-asked-for interruption, but as things stand, Im fondly awaiting the arrival of things I like to eat, and can spare a moment to gush.

I guess Cara doesnt make enough money to invest properly in this app. No wait, Cara is filthy rich. Cara must not care enough to invest properly in this app.

This is a good app for Ordering! However, no matter what you do it will not take the scene card you can enter the information but it will not continue - needs upgrading!

Takes forever to load and would not allow me to add my scene card.

I cant believe how slow and buggy this app is. For years Ive kept at it, trying to order via the website or app and it is still horrible. Invest some money into getting people who actually know how to design/code a proper app and give your customers the experience they deserve.

I have given up order from Swiss Chalet countless times just because of the app. It closes for no reason and does not allow you to enter scene card for points.

Wouldnt take my scene card

There are a lot of very negative reviews on here. Not sure what they want the app to do. It works just fine. You place the order and they deliver or you pick up. Only real negative I have and its the same as their website is they say they allow you to enter your scene point card but it will never work. Always have to reverse out and cannot enter your points card to get the points. Other then that it works just fine.

I often had to cancel my order on the old app. The new app seems to work better except it was missing kids meals.

Finally works with the SCENE card coupons! Thank you!

Great job on this app, it works really well. Many of you competitors could learn a lot from your team of programmers.

The app is seriously slow and laggy for no reason. It "thinks" for far too long after you make your selection. It also has a glitch where if you enter your scene card, it then wont let you enter any form of payment. Its terrible!

Not sure what bugs were supposed to be fixed, it worked fine for me before (iPhone SE), but now the app wont run, it just gets stuck on a white with red screen showing a chicken, shutting down from background and restarting doesnt help.
