Great app but many mistakes made after ordering

The app works well, but from the time you submit your order to the fulfillment of the order something gets broken down and human error takes over in a big way. They dont have many options for rectifying a problem either. Seems to be worse than just ordering over the phone in the old days. At least they had to pay attention and repeat the order back to you.
