Terrible

I put in my password and it doesnt work. I reset my password three times, still doesnt work.
Eventually got past that problem and then the app either crashes while you are using it or you think youve finally just placed the order and then the wheel of contemplation just spins and spins and spins until you close the app out of sheer frustration and order something else out of spite.
Also, the options to just reorder a favourite never works.
I could just call but by the time I have tried the app I just cant be bothered anymore.
